In this webinar Heidi Kupke (LinkedIn profile) will focus on the importance of strategy and planning.
It will highlight the need for an effective strategic plan to start with a purpose (the North Star). It will also emphasize that a strategic plan should include goals, strategic priorities (prioritized work), your target market and customer, key results, and core values (the “how”).
Heidi will discuss each of these components and how they should connect to each other and the purpose.
Heidi will also discuss the importance of bringing your strategic plan to life at all levels of the organization through communications and change management.
Finally, Heidi will talk about the routines needed for accountability to keep driving toward the outcomes an organization is striving to achieve and the adoption of the culture that will ultimately drive success.
