• -Enhance traditional multiple-choice questions with greater flexibility, promoting critical thinking and adaptive learning
• -Implement an ‘Ask an Expert’ functionality, providing instant access to expert knowledge and guidance
• -Provide meaningful feedback on open-text answers, fostering deeper understanding and learner engagement
• -Create immersive role-play scenarios within a given context, allowing learners to practice and develop essential skills
• -Compare learner’s response using pre-defined parameters such as company policies or expert’s answer
• -Assess users’ progress throughout the course by monitoring changes in their pre- and post-learning responses
• -Use document retrieval to get AI to ask/answer from specific large documents and not the internet
