Workers are tired of being the cog in a machine and boiled down to a list of responsibilities in a job description. They want more—a chance to sharpen their skills, follow a made-for-them career path, and feel like they are contributing to something bigger.

Are you ready for this new era? The time is now for human-centered work, but organizations may be struggling to keep up with the swift changes occurring in the workforce.

Join Eightfold and Deloitte as they discuss how organizations can make this shift by measuring human performance instead of productivity, how company culture plays into this, and why leader support is critical to making it all possible.

With cybersecurity now among the top priorities at most enterprises, CISO no longer faces the challenge of securing a position of influence within the organization.

The contemporary challenge lies in the abundance and variety of situations when CISOs’ insights are sought after.

Cybersecurity leaders are expected to provide timely, contextualized and actionable guidance across more topics than ever.

However, even experienced CISOs find that striving to fulfill all of these requirements is a guaranteed formula for exhaustion and diminished efficacy in their position.

In this webinar, Chris Mixter (LinkedIn profile) Gartner VP Analyst will look at how effective CISOs are evolving to fulfill the role of value creators by targeting engagement with a specific subset of executive stakeholders to maximize their influence and drive forward-looking enterprise performance around cybersecurity.

Discussion Topics:

  • Discover the impact of C-level leaders on CISOs
  • Identify the five essential elements for CISOs to effectively engage with the C-suite
  • How to improve your ability to engage and influence the C-suite
