Meetings are an integral part of modern workplaces that hold great importance for businesses.

Attendees dedicate a considerable amount of time to them. However, research indicates that many meetings are unproductive, leaving employees feeling that they are a waste of their time.

This can lead to frustration, disengagement, and burnout.

Therefore, we need to shift our focus from meeting content to their objectives. Meetings can be valuable opportunities for businesses to collaborate, share ideas, and make decisions, but only with careful planning, preparation, and execution.

By setting clear goals, creating a cohesive agenda, selecting the appropriate participants, setting ground rules, promoting engagement, utilizing technology efficiently, and following up afterward, you can ensure that your meetings are efficient, productive, and engaging.

This approach leads to better business outcomes and a more engaged team.

In this webinar, Mithun Aiyswaryan Sridharan (LinkedIn profile) will present frameworks and models that will assist the audience in organizing and conducting effective meetings.

Difficult team members may fixate over technicalities, disdain innovation and think you (or others) are after them.

The repercussions of their negative behavior can range from difficult to toxic — gossiping, unreliability, undermining, bullying, insubordination, display of incivility, and insolence.

All of these actions have impactful ramifications for the organization and its workforce in terms of the overall climate, culture, engagement, and productivity.

Executive leaders need to identify and address the most common dysfunctional behavior in their teams and partner with HR and their legal department using their companies’ practices and processes.

As labor becomes more communal, networked, and overlapped to boost productivity.

Join Gabriela Vogel (LinkedIn profile) Gartner Sr Director Analyst on helping executive leaders manage these workers and the stress they cause.

Discussion Topics:

  • Recognize behavioral patterns associated with difficult personalities
  • Implement strategies to curtail dysfunctional behavior in four ways
  • Partner with HR and the legal department to manage difficult personalities

Creating Onboarding Success

According to the Aberdeen Group, 90% of employees decide whether they want to stay at a company within the first six months of employment and as much as 20% of employee turnover happens within the first 45 days of employment.

During this webcast, our expert panel will share:
