Well-being involves having a positive self-image and esteem and a healthy lifestyle. Well-being is closely intertwined with a person’s ability to demonstrate resilience. The good news is resilience and well-being can be strengthened.

This webinar will cover the three key areas associated with individual welfare in a workplace setting: Resilience, stress management and well-being. We will explore ways to build resilience and make it easier to navigate problems and avoid the victim mentality. We will also cover some simple stress-busting techniques and learn to recognize behaviors that increase stress. Finally, we will consider the best ways to lead a healthy lifestyle.

We will also share tips on how to conduct sensitive conversations with staff who may be going through personal and professional difficulties, and how to select the best interventions to support the individual.

After this one-hour session, learners will be able to:

  • Apply simple techniques to manage and alleviate the symptoms of stress
