Corporations want and need leaders who can help them compete successfully in today’s global environment, but knowing this and doing something about it are two different things.
During this Webcast, you’ll hear from speakers who are leadership and management development executives from B. Braun Medical and Boston Scientific Corporation; and who have executed global leadership initiatives in their organizations.
They’ll answer these questions:
- What was the rationale for developing a global leadership program?
- What were the solutions?
- What resources and actions were required to implement this initiative?
- How was consistency across borders achieved? What was the impact on their organization?
- How did they evaluate their global leadership program?
- What best practices were developed?
In addition, hear the latest findings of American Management Association’s second annual study on the imperative of global leadership development.
- Distinguish between popular leadership and development practices and the most effective practices
- Explore the best practices for implementing and evaluating your own global leadership initiatives
- Apply real-world advice from colleagues experienced in developing global leadership programs
While attending this program is FREE, reservations are required.
