More and more, employers are looking for Project Managers with an understanding in ITIL, and many certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) are becoming ITIL certified.
Why this recent trend?
Because companies have found that ITIL provides valuable learning on how Project Managers plan and execute IT projects as well as how they work with IT operations for continued success and improvement.
This webinar will explain the similarities and differences between PMI’s PMBOK Guide and ITIL.It will also examine how Project Management concepts and processes can be used in conjunction with ITSM/ITIL to further improve IT and meet business needs.
