When Building a New Product Team Learn – The Metrics Of Teaming:
- ROLE – Who can handle what role – and why they are best fit for that role.
- COHERENCE – How does an individual fit into a specific role – How do you structure a team for the best value for everyone.
- TEAMING – Characteristics – Learn why the team may experience organizational problems and how to remedy them.
