In “Accelerating Agile by Adding Business Analysis”, Ryland will stake out the value of the BA in the Agile environment.

The BA acts to enhance the functioning of the whole team, and potentiate each of the roles of the product owner, the scrum master, and the developers.

Specifically in this presentation Ryland will:

  • Identify challenges an agile team faces in larger organizations.
  • Explain how the BA is a highly effective answer to these challenges.
  • Position the BA practice within the enterprise.
  • Show how the BA works collaboratively with the other key roles in agile.
