Bert Penney BSc Throughout his career, he gained extensive knowledge and experience in various areas, including project management, technical support and software development using Oracle, Powersoft, Novell, and Microsoft products. Bert has also taught various computer courses at the post-secondary level, including software systems analysis and design methods, Microsoft network administration, Microsoft Visual Basic and MS Access programming and EDP auditing.
