Course description:

This course will introduce you to the Lean Six Sigma continual improvement process. The first module in the course covers the concepts of the Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. The history behind the concepts are detailed to provide insight on their origins and who developed them.

The second module covers the DMAIC Improvement Process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) and features real examples from certified projects of deliverables for each of the five phases.
