Chief marketing officers and marketing leaders face unprecedented challenges in 2024.
Diminishing trust in traditional social media platforms and growing skepticism toward generative AI (GenAI) technologies are reshaping consumer interactions. These shifts pose significant hurdles for CMOs already grappling with the demand to achieve more with fewer resources.
At the same time, these challenges present unique opportunities. Marketers can leverage GenAI to boost efficiency and foster a culture of creativity, or they can stand out by deliberately rejecting tech trends in favor of more traditional approaches.
The Gartner 2024 Mainstream Marketing Predicts emphasize the need for agility and self-awareness in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape.Join this complimentary webinar as a panel of Gartner marketing experts explores what lies ahead for marketing in 2024 and beyond, and how marketing leaders can navigate the delicate balance between advancing technology and maintaining consumer trust.
Discussion Topics:
- Refocus customer acquisition and loyalty strategies to counter social media attrition
- Integrate GenAI technology into in-house creative processes to enhance efficiency and innovation
- Assess the impact and potential of AI-free, traditional marketing methods on brand differentiation and engagement

Online Webinar – Recorded – March 13th, 2023
Activity Type: Education – Online or Digital Media 1 PDU – Free
Provider: Human Capital Institute
We’re in the nascent stages of imagining what we can accomplish with AI, but there appears to be almost unlimited potential if its power is responsibly and thoughtfully harnessed by organizations to benefit employees.
Welcome to the “disrupted, boundaryless age,” one in which the challenges are great, but the opportunities are greater.
Join Jason Cerrato (LinkedIn profile) VP, Market Strategy at Eightfold & Sue Cantrell (LinkedIn profile) Vice President of Products, Workforce Strategies and the U.S. Eminence Leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP as they discuss their 2024 Global Human Capital Trends report.
In this webinar, they’ll focus on two of Deloitte’s biggest human capital trends — the imagination deficit and boundaryless HR.
- Imagination deficit: New digital advances like Generative AI are exposing an imagination deficit. We’ll talk about how organizations need to find ways to prioritize cultivating human capabilities like empathy and curiosity to adapt, innovate, and imagine new possibilities in an age of disruption.
- Boundaryless HR: Talent teams can no longer work in silos. HR is everywhere and must be integrated throughout the organization into every role. HR leaders have the potential to break through boundaries that equate the notion of “jobs” to work, “employees” to workers, and barriers that exist between functional domains to overcome skills gaps and unlock human performance.Join us to hear about Deloitte’s trends and hear more about how it will impact HR.

Finance leaders agree that artificial intelligence offers the promise of increased productivity for a function facing growing complexity and uncertainty.
However, only 30% of finance teams are succeeding with their AI initiatives. Leading organizations recognize that AI is different from other technologies, and that to get the promised value, a new approach is necessary.
Surprisingly, the most impactful AI decisions are not technical; they are made before the first line of code is written.
In this free webinar, Mark McDonald (LinkedIn profile, Gartner bio) Gartner Vice President & Fellow, looks at how organizations are harnessing AI in finance, how it is unique and plays out differently within the finance function, and its impact on people and skills.
Discussion Topics:
- Increase AI’s perception and acceptance within finance teams
- Align data scientists closely with the people that manage finance processes
- Focus on data and skills to get long-term benefits from AI
