As a Project Manager, you’ve no doubt experienced the Eureka effect, when you realized the solution to a complex project problem or stakeholder conflict while standing in the shower or commuting to work.

Zentangle is a “structured doodling” that allows theunconscious brain to focus on resolving project issuesand developing creative problem solutions. All this without having to leave the office or jump in the shower.
What is Zentangle? It is combination of art and meditation.

With Zentangle, anyone can create beautiful images from repetitive patterns. This method is easy to learn and easy to do. Even though it is a specified series of steps, it results in a creative expression that transcends its own rules.
It is the repetitive aspects of the drawing that induces the meditation.
