This is the third and final webinar in the Afterburner Flawless Execution series.
Although it is not a prerequisite to participate in this session, be sure to view the first webinars in this series,
- The Flawless Execution Advantage for Project Managers and
- How to Identify Your Plan is at Risk: Managing Project Risk with Flawless Execution.
What do you do once your project comes to an end?
When projects end in success, we often high-five and move on to the next project or task.
This may be successful in the short run, but long-term, it is critical to pause after every one of your projects for a Debrief.
In Flawless Execution, the Debrief is where the root causes of success and failure are identified.
Joel Neeb (LinkedIn profile) will teach you how to conduct a structured Debrief to assure your team can scale successes and eliminate the failures that may have occurred during the project.

In 2022, the Project Management Institute released its most recent Global Megatrends report, identifying six dynamic forces predicted to impact and influence the way we manage projects, do business and live as a global society.
Beyond comprehending the implications of each trend, project professionals are being challenged to help devise and implement value-oriented solutions that will ensure organisational sustainability.
Part of this revolves around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), and how they benefit organisations of all kinds.
This webinar delves into each of the four concepts, how they can collectively be utilised as part of project management practice, and the opportunity to share personal stories of DEIB in practice.
