Organizations are projecting to spend more than $1 trillion globally on digital transformation in 2020 to change their business and products and refine the customer and employee experience.

However, as many as 84% of those transformation projects fail. Lack of the right skills and capabilities of their people and leaders is a leading concern and reason why.

Organizations are looking for leaders with not only the right technical skills and understanding, but also with an adaptive and creative mindset; those with the ability to pivot and thrive amid unexpected change.

Korn Ferry has analyzed the traits, competencies and drivers of more than 511 best-in-class digital transformation leaders compared to a population of 4.5 million assessment data points to create a distinctive profile of the qualities needed for the digital age.

Join Melissa Swift (LinkedIn profile) Sr. Client Partner leader, Digital Advisory, Korn Ferry & Christoffer Ellehuus (LinkedIn profile) Divisional CEO, Korn Ferry in this webcast to learn how you can transform your leaders with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the digital age and realize your organization’s growth objectives.

Developing the right blend of talent to help organizations thrive during times of uncertainty requires strong and empathetic leadership that keeps an eye on the horizon.

While the future is never certain, it is possible for leadership teams to plan ahead, assess the strengths of their workforce, provide training to close gaps in order to meet future needs, build a robust talent pipeline, and create an actionable plan to move forward.

During this webinar, human capital futurist and international bestselling author of Humanity Works Alexandra Levit (LinkedIn profile) will share how leading organizations are implementing effective strategies to develop a holistic talent strategy that balances multi-channel acquisition and development.

She’ll touch on the concepts of rapidly assembling swarm teams using shared talent pools, building a learning-based employee experience, reskilling and upskilling existing staff, and fostering the agile culture required to make it all happen as seamlessly as possible.

Here’s What You’ll Learn:

  1. To create an employee experience that facilitates learning through the acquisition, onboarding, development, and performance phases.
  2. Leverage rapid talent assembly to create short-term teams of people with differing employment arrangements with the goal of achieving specific business objectives.
  3. To use technology to map employee skills to business requirements and curate training; develop upskilling and reskilling initiatives to close gaps in essential areas – especially applied technology skills.
  4. Engage senior leadership in a top-down dialogue around the elements of a successful agile culture, including intrapreneurship, career customization, and change management.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the coronavirus outbreak a global pandemic.

Given that action, you may be required to work at home given the continued spread of the coronavirus-19.  There is little doubt that is putting remote work to the biggest stress-test ever.

Clearly, it is taking place at unprecedented scale.  It has been in the news night after night and not likely to change anytime soon.

Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Microsoft have all been taking part, and the list continues to grow.

Based on the latest briefings and news reports, this trend will progress for weeks, if not months.

A few surveys of employees that work at home feel they are just as productive as they were when they went into the office.  Some actually feel they should work more given they do not have commute time and expense.

Learn to:

  1. Properly establish your remote work area
  2. Form ground rules of remote communications
  3. Get off on the right foot when working from home
  4. Short cut possible mistakes by learning from the presenter’s 5 years of practical experience
