The 80/20 Principle, also known as the Pareto principle, states 80% of your outputs are derived from 20% of your inputs.

In other words, the majority of the tasks you get done or products your produce are a result of only a handful of activities.

In this presentation Christopher Cook will give you five rules to make better decisions using this principle.
