When organizations begin experimenting with generative AI, they often neglect its transformative potential and the operationalization challenges that come with it, resulting in only incremental improvements.

Due to the broad and emerging nature of the technology, IT leaders struggle to identify and prioritize impactful generative AI use cases.

The success of generative AI pilots requires rapid testing, refinement, and, often, the elimination of use cases that do not have the anticipated impact on business value.

Join this IT webinar as a panel of Gartner experts will guide you on how to pilot generative AI and start delivering business value by following a 5 step process.

Discussion Topics:

  • Understand how generative AI allows for faster development cycles than traditional AI projects
  • Explore how a lean cycle of innovation could add strategic value
  • Mitigate the potential risks that come with generative AI

The CIO needs a growth agenda to respond to CEO demands. According to the Gartner Understanding Corporate Growth Strategies Survey, 37% expect to increase revenue by 10% or more this fiscal year.

Despite economic uncertainty, high-growth companies continue to target double-digit growth and often find their way through by looking for what’s new and different and attack the market on multiple fronts.

They leverage three catalysts for growth: strategic diversification, collective leadership, and embedded antifragile practices.

However, only 34% of senior executives believe CIOs play a leadership role in contributing to the company’s growth.

Join  Gartner experts David Furlonger (LinkedIn profile, Gartner bio) VP & Gartner Fellow  & Dave Aron,  (LinkedIn profile, Gartner bio) GartnerDistinguished VP Analyst who will focus on how and where CIOs can become growth leaders in this uncertain macroeconomic climate.

Discussion Topics:

  • Find growth opportunities amidst macroeconomic challenges and how to exploit them
  • Encourage the executive team to adopt joint goals and a shared growth agenda
  • Embed antifragile practices into operations in the face of the known and unknown

Microaggressions are “brief and commonplace verbal, behavioral, and environmental indignities, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative slights and insults that potentially have harmful or unpleasant psychological impact on the target person or group.”

Microaggressions are like paper cuts to the human spirit—they are abrupt and subtle, but cause lingering pain. When left unchecked in the workplace, they threaten relationships and performance.

Dealing effectively with microaggressions at work requires a willingness to: shift our perspective, sit with uncomfortable feelings, de-escalate our own emotions, and be curious about others’ experiences.

In this interactive webinar Nyah will examine various types of microaggression and how they show up in the workplace. We’ll explore the importance of separating intention from impact in order to drive productive dialogue and connection.

Using real-life scenarios, Nyah will practice responding in ways that are productive and authentic, creating a foundation for a work culture of engagement and inclusion.

Presenter: Nyah Lynn Edwards (LinkedIn profile), serves as an equity and inclusion professional and certified professional coach with an emphasis in leadership development. Her mission is to grow servant and transformative leaders to meet the challenges and opportunities of today. She brings 20+ years of experience in human development capital. Nyah has engaged in a vast number of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) projects and facilitated DE&I for thousands of leaders, using facts, storytelling, experiential learning, and other theories to ensure transference of learning to the workplace. Nyah is a recipient of President Barack Obama’s 2017 President’s Lifetime Achievement Award

Most supply chain leaders expect uncertainty to remain heightened for the foreseeable future.

The pandemic exposed many supply chains to new uncertainties that prevented them from sustaining supply.

Many made significant investments in resiliency to try to survive these uncertainties, but what if they instead made investments to make the supply chain stronger and more profitable by embracing uncertainty?

Antifragility, a newly defined concept for supply chain, can transform how supply chains perform in uncertain times to support a growth agenda.

Join this free supply chain webinar as Gartner expert Tim Payne (LinkedIn profile) Gartner VP Analyst explores how antifragility can help you grow amid uncertainty, and what capabilities you need to reach an antifragile supply chain state.

Discussion Topics:

  • Determine the “coping with uncertainty” spectrum for supply chain
  • Explore antifragility and how it can enable supply chain growth amid uncertainty
  • Understand what capabilities are required to get into an antifragile supply chain state

For most service and support organizations, customer experience (CX) is challenged by vertical channel silos that create difficult-to-break barriers.

Service organizations typically want customers to begin their journeys via digital channels, but whether by design or because customers are unable to resolve issues on their own, not all journeys can be wholly contained within self-service.

When a service organization builds paths to resolution through digital channels that are independent of assisted-service channels, it may result in a disconnected, high-effort customer service experience.

Therefore, leaders responsible for improving the customer experience must take a collaborative approach that brings digital, IVR, and assisted teams together to create seamless customer journeys.

Join Kathy Ross (LinkedIn profile) Gartner Sr Director Analyst & Brady Holbrook (LinkedIn profile) Gartner Director Advisory customer service webinar and unlock the true potential of a seamless service channel journey.

Discussion Topics:

  • Analyze the impact of a siloed channel strategy on cost and CX outcomes
  • Identify the critical strategic elements to build a seamless service channel journey
  • Understand the benefits of creating a connect customer journey
